Description PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Implement appropriate sales practices. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (give technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems with their vehicles). Demonstrate ability to sell product features and benefits and ability to understand customers’ needs 2. Maintain customer satisfaction. 3. Demonstrate professional attitude, conduct, and appearance. Demonstrate a pleasant, helpful personality, SMILE! 4. Provide sales support functions. Process salesperson’s customer stock orders. Check in store stock orders. Requirements Previous customer service skills, sales skills or excellent people skills that support a customer engaged rapport. Any automotive parts experience or automotive mechanical skills that support the sales process by being able to communicate and locate 'the right part the first time'. Ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift 50-60 lbs frequently throughout the day, bend, twist and put away pallets of stock. Valid ODL and good driving record may be required in stores requiring back up delivery functions in a sales role.
Responsibilities
