The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers while supporting our service department with timely and accurate parts fulfillment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. * Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits. * Maintain an organized parts inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked and labeled. * Work closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfill repair orders efficiently. * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries in a professional manner. * Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or special-order needs. * Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records. * Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-focused. * Follow all dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous automotive parts experience preferred; Toyota experience is a plus. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to identify automotive parts using electronic catalogs and dealership management systems. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic computer proficiency. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. * Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. * Complete pre-employement drug screen.
