At Extreme Dodge in Jackson, MI, we are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver and Retail Assistant. This entry-level position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, including delivering parts to customers and assisting in our retail environment. Assist customers in the retail parts department, providing excellent customer service. Help with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products. Process transactions using our retail point-of-sale systems. Assist with promotional displays and in-store marketing initiatives. Safely and efficiently transport auto parts to local customers and businesses. Verify delivery information and communicate with the parts department to ensure accuracy. Load and unload parts with care, ensuring they are delivered in excellent condition. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
