Responsibilities: * Delivery of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts to customers. * Picking up cores and other parts from customers for return to the branch. * Operate, maintain, and properly use parts vehicles (box truck) in a safe and lawful manner at all times. * Assist warehouse personnel with picking parts and loading delivery trucks. * Have a good understanding of the delivery area and be able to navigate from map(s) and directions. * Assist when needed with receiving and processing daily shipments. * Provide excellent customer service to our customers. * Participate in training programs offered by the Company and vendors. * Adherence to company safety program. * Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: * Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Must be able to drive in inclement weather. * Must be able to lift parts with an average weight of 20 pounds but occasionally weighing as much as 75 - 80 lbs. * Must be committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction. * Must present a professional, positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude. * Must have good written and oral communication skills. * Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. * Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test and D.O.T physical.

Responsibilities

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering heavy-duty truck and trailer parts to customers and picking up cores and other parts for return. The role also involves assisting warehouse personnel and providing excellent customer service.
