We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver with additional shop support responsibilities. This role combines driving and delivery duties with hands-on shop work, including equipment maintenance, material handling, and light manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Paid Time off and Holidays Job Responsibilities (Daily operations include, but are not limited to: · Safely deliver and pick up parts, materials, and supplies as needed. · Perform routine maintenance on air compressors and related equipment. · Operate a horizontal saw to cut raw materials to required specifications. · Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming raw materials; maintain accurate records in ERP system. · Coordinate collection and handling of scrap materials for recycling or disposal. · Perform deburring and finishing of machined parts as required. · Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. · Assist with general shop support tasks as directed by supervisors. Work Environment: · Combination of driving, warehouse, and shop floor work. · Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. · Safety-conscious culture with provided PPE and training. Requirements · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. · Forklift certification (or ability to obtain). · Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to perform routine compressor maintenance. · Ability to read work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and use measuring tools. · Computer literacy: experience with ERP software is a plus. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments that may be hot or cold. · Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move for extended periods. · Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred.
