We’re growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Parts Delivery Driver to support our Parts and Service teams with efficient deliveries, organized inventory handling, and outstanding internal service. What You'll Do As a Parts Delivery Driver, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our daily operations. Your work ensures technicians have what they need, shipments flow smoothly, and customers receive timely, accurate service. You Will: Unload incoming parts orders and verify quantities against packing slips. Pull parts for repair jobs and place them in the appropriate trailers being serviced. Maintain a clean and organized parts room. Track approved work orders and notify the team when parts arrive. Deliver and pick up parts promptly and professionally. Complete weekly checklists for all assigned parts vehicles (every Monday morning). Follow all traffic laws and company transportation procedures. Inspect vehicles regularly and report any maintenance or mechanical issues. Verify inventory load accuracy before departures. Submit receipts and payments collected during deliveries. Maintain required documentation such as vehicle logs, etc. Use maps or instructions to navigate delivery routes. Report delays, accidents, or issues using company communication tools. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills That Help You Stand Out Strong customer service and multitasking abilities Ability to meet deadlines and achieve daily targets Strong phone communication skills High accuracy, precision, and follow-through CRM or analytic tool experience Basic mechanical or automotive parts knowledge Good problem-solving and adaptability Work Environment Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled setting Regular cleaning required Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional extended hours) Dress Code Business casual Monday–Thursday “Business innovative” on Friday (jeans allowed) Additional Requirements Must have a strong command of written and spoken English, including grammar, spelling, and composition. Requirements What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred. Prior experience in parts delivery, logistics, or a similar role. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
