We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Drivers with a valid drivers' license. Responsibility will include delivering and picking up parts within complex and to entities external to the Al Serra Auto Plaza. The days of the week for this position will be for Monday and Tuesday. Primary Responsibilities (Essential, but limited to the following): Responsibilities * Minimum of 18 years of age with valid driver's license * Drives dealership vehicle to transport parts to customers, including the loading and unloading of parts * Picks up parts from nearby stores and outside vendors * Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and issued for each delivery * Properly maintains vehicle(s) and takes the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues * Ensures that assigned company vehicle is kept clean and presentable * Inspects, protects, and maintains company assets, merchandise, and vehicles * Builds long term professional relationships with the customers * Maintains a safe driving and working environment * Follows all company policies, procedures and management direction, including and safety policies Qualifications * Values – integrity, drive, team player * Characteristics – results oriented, competitive, optimistic * Effective communication – in person, over the phone, via email * Organizational skills * Time management skills Benefits * Health: Comprehensive Medical Plan, Dental Plan, & Vision Plan * 401K and Roth IRA - with both matching and retirement contributions by Al Serra Auto Plaza * Vacation time, generally ranging from one week up to three weeks per year based on time of employment * Life Insurance * Disability - both Short Term and Long Term * Employee discounts on New and Used vehicles
