We are seeking a motivated team member to join our existing Parts Department for our Audi Mississauga Airport location. Requirements:

  • High School or relevant dealership industry experience.
  • 1-3 years of Driver’s experience in a vehicle dealership.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to lift heavy equipment parts and tools as required from time to time.
  • Valid Driver’s License. Current Driver’s abstract.
  • Practices safe driving habits and complies with the regulations of the MTO Act.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Safety boots

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for timely delivery and pick up of parts to/from wholesale customers, suppliers and other dealerships. You will also assist in stocking in parts received from Volkswagen Canada, Audi Canada and other suppliers, as well as assist in keeping the parts storage area clean and tidy.

Duties:

  • Load and unload parts according Company standards.
  • Deliver and pick up of parts to wholesale customers, suppliers and other dealerships in a timely manner.
  • Document and stock parts in stock room.
  • Communicate concerns, delays to Manager. Be proactive to resolve issues where possible.
  • Assist in keeping parts clean and shelf section area orderly and stocked.
  • Assist with inventory, cleanliness and maintenance of the Parts Department.
  • Maintain communication with Parts Department and customers/clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure accuracy in all pick-up and delivery.
  • Safe operation of delivery vehicle.
  • Conduct maintenance and safety checks on vehicle as required.
  • Performs other duties as required.
