A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors. DUTIES: Build good relationships with NAPA customers. Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts. Assist with resolving issues for commercial customers. Help check-in and stock inventory. Share knowledge and skills to train new drivers.
