Description The Parts E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for daily processing of online and over-the-phone orders from our wholesale customers. Fast-paced environment ensures you’ll be challenged and learn valuable skills in a high-performing sales environment. Responsibilities: Process parts orders from independent repair facilities, collision centers, and fleets/municipalities over the phone, through email, and inside online web portals Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry Benefits: Six (6) paid sick-days available after 90 days of employment Five (5) paid vacation-days available after 1 year of employment 401k with company match percentage (vesting period required for match) Medical, dental, and vision plans available after 90 days of full-time employment Life insurance and disability options available after 90 days of full-time employment Requirements Job Requirements: Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch Computer and phone use required for job – must be proficient with both Prior automotive parts experience required Team oriented Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Background check and drug test required – this is a safety-sensitive position
