We are looking for a Parts Expeditor capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility. Key Responsibilities: - Generate quotations for customers promptly and accurately - Process parts orders efficiently to meet customer needs and delivery timelines - Support Field Service Technicians by coordinating parts availability and delivery - Answer customer inquiries regarding parts, orders, and delivery status - Maintain accurate records of orders and communications - Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth parts procurement Requirements - Proven experience in parts ordering, expediting, or related roles preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotations - Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus Seatrax, Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
