POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Fulfillment Coordinator & Driver to help with packaging, shipping, deliveries, and various day-to-day tasks. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is willing to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in shipping, delivery, or warehouse work is a plus, but not required.

EXPECTED HOURS:

Flexible, with part-time or full-time hours available. Please share your availability during the screening process. The opportunity would be part-time to start and an opportunity to increase to full-time.

• Carefully pack and prepare automotive parts for shipment to ensure they arrive safely.
• Print shipping labels and process orders for timely delivery.
• Make deliveries as needed using a company vehicle (or your own vehicle with gas reimbursement).
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform quality checks on items before packing to confirm condition and accuracy.
• Help with general tasks and other duties as assigned.
