As a Parts Inside Sales Representative II, you will be responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Meet or exceed sales goals for your Area of Responsibility (AOR), and exceeding customer expectations.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Portray a welcoming and positive image * Generate parts sales by working with customer that walk into our showroom or contact us via phone or email. * Identify new opportunities and recommend plans to purchase, stock, and sell parts. * Ensure showroom is properly stocked, priced and presentable. * Assist co-workers with stocking product, organization, freight issues, staging, etc. * Work with Parts Operations Supervisor to minimize carrying costs and maximize profits while meeting customer requirements. * Work with Service department to coordinate parts requirements for all service functions. * Participate in vendor training. * Maintain knowledge and understanding of product specifications, features, benefits, and advantages across all product lines. * Participate in parts sales meetings. * Other duties as assigned.   REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field * Must have a minimum of 1 year Sales experience, preferably in the Transportation Industry. * Strong interpersonal skills to develop business relationships at all levels within our organization and with our valued customers. * Demonstrated ability to ensure margin expectations in line with corporate objectives while at the same time meeting customer requirements. * Ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion with minimal supervision. * Ability to successfully work in an environment where all members pool their knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve a shared objective. * Previous experience in the following areas: sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.    “Please note: This posting is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an official job application. To be considered for employment, all candidates must submit their application directly through official Cox careers website.  Applicants who complete Applications that are received through third-party postings, social media, or other channels will be invited to submit an official Application through the company’s career site.”
