JOB SUMMARY

Asgard Engineering Limited is a small, family-run precision engineering company in Hyde. We produce high-quality machined components for a range of industries, working with both metals and plastics. We are looking for a detail-focused Inspection & Packing Operative to ensure our parts meet exacting quality standards and are securely packaged for delivery to our customers.

• Inspect machined components using measuring tools to confirm they meet drawing tolerances
• Use microscopes and visual inspection equipment to check surface finish to ensure it meets our high quality standards
• Accurately record inspection results
• Pack parts in a secure and protective manner for despatch
• Work closely with machinists and office staff to meet customer deadlines
