Job Summary The Parts Inspector is responsible for performing dimensional inspections of precision parts and assemblies using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments. This role ensures products meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications while supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform dimensional, in-process, receiving and final inspection Setup and programming of CMM equipment Measure and record all necessary quality inspection requirements Validate, run and properly store programs used in CMM inspections Calibrate inspection equipment as needed Create non-conformities for parts that do not meet requirement Requirements Requires proficient computer skills including MS Office products. Database and ERP software knowledge is a plus Excellence in professionalism and maturity in all actions and communications with leadership and fellow employees Knowledge and experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Experience in CNC machine shops and a fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes knowledge of quality control, inspection methods and use of measuring tools and CMM Excellent verbal and written communication skills High School Education What We Offer At Mezzo Technologies, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset.
