About the Role

As an Apprentice Spare Parts Interpreter, you’ll learn how to:

• Identify and source genuine and aftermarket spare parts and accessories for high-end European vehicles
• Assist technicians with timely parts delivery to ensure efficient workshop operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using specialized parts management software
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding part availability and compatibility
• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, parts catalogues, and technical schematics
• Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face
• Stock control and storage management processes

This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll gain and formal training through a registered training organization.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in automotive parts and prestige European vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance environment
• Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent); driver’s license preferred but not essential
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship
• Professional presentation always
• Honesty and integrity in your work
