The Role

Based out of Underwood, a newly developed position within our organization, has been created for a proactive, motivated, driven individual to join us, in a Full Time / Permanent capacity as a Parts Interpreter. 

A role where you will support and advise both internal & external stakeholders on parts, across our new range of products to minimize downtime & maximize productivity.

your key responsibilities will include:

• Improving the overall customer satisfaction experience
• Liaising with internal departments, to respond to customer enquiries
• Implementing process & procedure successfully and following it
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and directives
• Meeting and/or exceeding department KPI’s
• Inventory Management 
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders

Critical to your success will be:

• Minimum 2 years in a related inventory role
• A strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailer parts
• An enthusiasm for success
• Fantastic relationship building skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of business products
• A sense of urgency in everything you undertake
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Ability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• High level of communication in both phone and email
