PARTS INTERPRETER | MERCEDES-BENZ BRISBANE

We are seeking a driven & hardworking Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Our ideal applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of genuine parts and previous experience in a similar role within a dealership environment.

• Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide technical and product information to our customers
• Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
• Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximize parts sales opportunities
