GeorgeDay is a leading provider of motorhomes and caravans, known for our outstanding after-sales service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and high-performing team in Perth.

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our parts supply meets and exceeds customer expectations. You’ll work closely with customers and dealers, providing technical support, managing inventory, and contributing to our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims and customer requests in line with company policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with dealers to manage stock and ensure timely deliveries
  • Provide training and coordinate parts logistics
  • Interpret technical drawings and offer parts advice to the dealer network
  • Source, stock, and distribute spare parts
  • Assist with online parts store setup and new vehicle inspections

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Valid open driver’s license
  • Preferred: Cert III in automotive trade, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in Aftersales, Service, or Parts
  • Strong customer service and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
  • Proficiency in parts management systems and general computer skills
