Key responsibilities

• Answer phone, email and counter enquiries from customers and our workshop
• Identify the correct parts using catalogues and part numbers
• Prepare quotes and process parts sales
• Order stock from suppliers and follow up on back orders
• Receive, put away and pick stock, and help with stocktakes
• Pack and dispatch orders, with occasional local deliveries
• Build good relationships with fleet, trade and walk-in customers
