Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Responding and managing customer inquiries from the counter, phone and internet;
• Preparation of sales orders, purchase orders and quotations;
• Assist team members with daily transactions;
• Assist with warehouse duties as required;
• Operate our ERP system
