Description

Haynes is seeking an experienced and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our new clients highly regarded team within the heavy truck industry. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receiving, stock management, ordering, and dispatching spare parts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of heavy vehicle spare parts
  • Manage stock levels to ensure availability of critical components for operational needs
  • Process orders efficiently and coordinate deliveries to meet customer and workshop timeframes
  • Utilise inventory management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
  • Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to provide timely and effective support
  • Ensure warehouse organisation and cleanliness is maintained to high standards
  • Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
