Job DescriptionAs a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping identify the right truck and trailer parts while delivering outstanding service and support.

You'll work closely with trade customers, transport operators, workshops and internal teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions to keep their vehicles on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

• Interpret and identify truck and trailer parts requirements
• Assist trade, fleet and workshop customers with parts enquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships
• Support branch sales and customer service goals
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

QualificationsYou'll bring:

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer and administration skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in trucks, transport or automotive parts
• A current driver's licence
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
