What you'll do:

• Source and maintain CAT merchandise for internal accounts and customers
• Interpret customer part requirements on a wide range of parts for trucks, machinery, construction and mining equipment
• Source and expedite parts locally and internationally, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment from order through to delivery
• Manage customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Support internal departments including the Workshop, Field Service teams and Account Managers
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure consistent communication to prevent delays or errors
• Maintain a proactive, dependable approach, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
