We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Inventory Analyst where you’ll play a vital role in helping our dealers optimize their inventory strategies and improve parts availability. Through data-driven insights, close collaboration, and impactful projects, you’ll contribute to achieving our service and inventory objectives across the Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) region. You’ll be part of the newly established Dealer Aftermarket Collaboration organization – a multifunctional team aligned around industry and dealer needs, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions and driving aftermarket services growth throughout Caterpillar’s global network. What you will do: Serve as the primary business and system support contact for dealers using the Parts Inventory Collaboration (PIC) platform Deliver monthly inventory performance analysis packs and provide actionable insights to support dealer inventory reviews Learn and apply advanced data analysis techniques and inventory management logic Lead or support projects such as: Identifying root causes of service loss Explaining inventory growth Evaluating alternative stocking policies Quantifying business impacts of changes in dealer stocking behavior Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across divisions Leverage SAS, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract insights and drive improvements Skills You Will Have Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Attention to Detail: Deliver accurate, high-quality work with precision. Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. Communication: Convey ideas clearly and listen actively to ensure understanding. What will put you forward: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field) 3–5 years of relevant professional experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities fluent in English, French is a plus A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, SAS, Excel, or other data analytics tools Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles Additional Information: Onsite, five days a week (Kempton Park) Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
