Description

We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter. Need to be motivated and energetic to work in the office helping with spreadsheets, inventory and answering phones. May have some additional responsibilities such as cleaning in the office and receiving parts. This position is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager selling and maintaining our semi-trailer parts inventory.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving inventory and verifying counts and accuracy
  • Entering inventory received into the Point of Sale System
  • Shipping orders
  • Receiving and entering customer payments in QuickBooks Point of Sale
  • Creating internal work orders

Qualifications
Experience with Parts Inventory and Point of Sale Software
Problem solving skills a plus
Must be able to prioritize work and maintain deadlines Hours are: Monday- Friday (9a-6p) , . Starting hourly rate is $15.50/hr Pay increase after 90 days. Opportunity for advancement and compensation increases.
