Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Building customer relations to make our Branch the go-to supplier for all things truck & trailer Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales Checking off incoming goods and putting them away Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock Benefits to you You will engage in a two-year MITO training programme that leads to a National Certificate in Automotive Parts & Accessories (Level 3), along with pay increases as you earn credits.
