YOU WILL:

• Greet, Engage, Educate, and provide advice to Customers based on their wants and needs.
• Handle phone calls for Parts & Service.
• Answer technical Parts & Service related questions.
• Cashier Customers and Follow-up with requests.
• Work with Computers through our Dealer Management System and other Microsoft Office Programs.

Vi Powersports is looking to fill the position of Parts & Labor Specialist with someone excited about the Powersports Industry and providing excellent Customer Service. This role is a hybrid, and the successful candidate will sell parts and be a Service Advisor.
