PARTS LEAD

Toad Suck Harley-Davidson is a full-service Harley-Davidson dealership looking for a knowledgeable and passionate individual to help grow our company through effective and customer-focused service in the Parts Department. This position is vital to the success of our dealership.

Job Description

  • Proactively greet and engage customers in our store
  • Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer’s needs
  • Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Coordinate with Parts Manager in merchandising displays
  • Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
  • Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met
  • Supply cost of parts information on repair orders
  • Notify service personnel and customer when special parts or back-ordered parts are received
  • Assist staff when needed

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, full time availability, & unique personality
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase
  • Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills as this position interacts regularly with all other departments within the organization
