JOB SUMMARY

All Ontario Recycling is a thriving metal recycling business which has built a strong business culture based on key values of honesty, integrity and teamwork. Our high-volume Port Sydney Fleet Garage is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Parts Manager to join our leadership team and enjoy working in beautiful Muskoka.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience overseeing the day-to-day management of parts inventory control and sourcing required parts with distributers.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality in all services provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to long-term growth and operational excellence
  • Experience with truck and trailer diagnostics, repair, required part identification and installation, testing, etc.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Knowledge of OEM parts, types, sizes, and specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Responsibilities
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality parts and tires at competitive prices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of parts, tires, tubes, and other related products
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of in stock materials and reduce waste and damage to products.
  • Maintain relationships with manufactures like Peterbilt, Tormont Cat, Freightliner, Kenworth, Visco and various other vendors and suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and business partners.
