Key responsibilities

• Assisting with parts procurement — raising purchase orders, following up suppliers, tracking incoming freight
• Receiving stock, checking it against orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records in DEAR / Cin7 Core
• Picking, packing and dispatching spare parts orders to customers and dealers
• Supporting customers by phone and email with parts identification, availability and pricing
• Taking ownership of wear parts production on our automated welding robot — programming and setting up runs, loading and unloading, monitoring quality and consumables, and keeping output ahead of demand
• Assisting with spare parts production
