QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous management experience in a dealership is required
  • Knowledge of CDK an asset
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound business judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer service and employee satisfaction at all times
  • Forecast and set goals and objectives for the Parts department, striving to meet or exceed them
  • Oversee and manage all Parts department staff, providing leadership and guidance
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for parts and accessories
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective tracking and regular audits
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, in line with dealership guidelines
  • Ensure that all purchases are properly accounted for before payment is processed
  • Assist with manufacturer programs and possess a strong knowledge of various warranty programs
  • Provide professional coaching to the Parts team in a positive and constructive manner
  • Ensure that monthly reports and numbers are accurate and submitted by deadlines
