Ellenbrook Toyota are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers. The role will involve the timely issuing of parts to service/workshop and retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership and direction to Parts employees to ensure sales activities align with Toyota’s broader business plan
Monitoring and evaluating sales revenue, margins and expense performance to maintain profit goals and initiating corrective action
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
Ensure daily orders are placed on time
Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
Control and reconcile cash sales daily
Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the department, ensuring stock is readily available without carrying excessive inventory
