Description

Lion City Rentals is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee our automotive parts inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our workshop runs efficiently by managing stock levels, sourcing quality parts, and optimizing inventory processes.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 5 years of experience in automotive parts management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts, inventory management systems, and pricing procedures.
  • Resourceful in sourcing light vehicle spare parts from both local and overseas suppliers.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing a team.
  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate pricing and timely updates of cost and retail pricing in the system.
  • Regularly review and adjust profit margins based on market conditions.
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are processed and submitted to Finance on time.
  • Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
