Ideally you will have Franchise experience; however, manufacturer training will be on-going for the successful candidate.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
As a Parts Manager you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department.
Your Role:
Through excellent customer service you will promote and affect sales of stock, at retail, trade and workshop counters both over the phone and face to face.
Your Main Duties
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a very talented, Parts Manager to join our Service Team. Ideally you will have an enviable and proven track record as a Parts Advisor, preferably with Motor Industry experience and ideally you will have knowledge of Kerridge or other well known DMS.
