Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Address challenges and find practical solutions to keep the department running smoothly.
- Use parts management software to track inventory and streamline operations.
- Develop strategies to improve parts sales and support the service department’s needs.
