Previous automotive Parts Management experience is required, with Mazda or Mitsubishi experience being a plus. Ensure that parts are delivered in a timely and accurate fashion. Supervise certification requirements for all parts employees. Complete and inspect all parts invoices and repair order billing. Manage all receivables from retail customers, wholesale clients, and manufacturer claims. Follow up on back-ordered parts. Forecast for profitability and report to executive management. Superior communication skills and customer service. Proven Record of teamwork. Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
