Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses. Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff. Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location. Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas. Responsibilities

The Parts Manager will lead the parts department, serving both retail and wholesale customers while effectively managing inventory and tracking all associated expenses. This role includes training and supervising counter associates to meet departmental goals and ensuring incoming inventory is correctly stocked and maintained.
