Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses. Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures. Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff. Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location. Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas. Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include training and supervising counter associates, setting department goals, and ensuring proper stocking and stabilization of inventory.
