We are seeking an experienced, driven, and organized Parts Manager to oversee inventory operations, supplier relationships, procurement, and parts sales supporting our growing multi-site operation. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day parts and inventory operations across multiple locations Maintain accurate inventory levels using forecasting and usage trends Source and procure parts, components, and consumables for GSE repairs and maintenance Support technicians and operations teams to ensure timely parts availability Manage vendor relationships, pricing, warranties, returns, and core exchanges Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy Process purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and inventory documentation Drive parts sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth Maintain inventory records and parts data within inventory management systems Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, accounting, and leadership teams Travel periodically to company locations as needed About Mercury GSE At Mercury GSE, we help our customers save time and money by providing the newest and best GSE equipment, flexible rental/leasing/buying options, and 24/7 customer support. Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree and/or technical certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in parts or inventory management, preferably in GSE, aviation, heavy equipment, or equivalent industries. Strong understanding of inventory systems and supply chain operations Working knowledge of mechanical components and equipment parts Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and inventory software If you are ready to take ownership of a critical operational function and help support a high-performing organization, we encourage you to apply.
