JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee our parts department operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership environments and possess excellent skills in procurement, inventory management, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality parts while maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in data entry, purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful supplier relationships.
  • Mechanical knowledge is essential; familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes or environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely is required.
