XCMG Canada Ltd., part of the world’s 3rd largest construction equipment manufacturer, is searching for a Parts Manager to take the helm at our Stony Plain, AB location. As Parts Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring a seamless supply chain and exceptional service for our growing Canadian market. Reporting to the Vice President of After-Sales, you’ll oversee parts warehouse operations across two Canadian locations, leading a dedicated team, optimizing inventory management, and supporting our dealers and customers—all while upholding XCMG’s reputation as an industry leader.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage a skilled team and create a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
  • Drive Efficiency – Oversee inventory management, ERP tracking, and annual clean-up processes.
  • Be the Go-To Expert – Support dealers and customers with expert parts advice and top-tier service.
  • Keep Things Moving – Handle OEM orders, shipping/receiving, and ensure seamless deliveries.
  • Stay Hands-On – Occasionally step in as a parts-runner when needed.
  • Champion Safety – Promote and enforce health & safety standards in all operations.
