Description Now Hiring: Experienced Parts Manager Ford Experience Preferred | Certification a Plus Are you a driven, detail-oriented Parts Manager who knows how to lead a department, maximize profitability, and keep operations running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Parts Department and help us deliver top-tier service to our customers and technicians. What You’ll Do Manage all aspects of the Parts Department, including inventory control, pricing, and purchasing Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals Maintain accurate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive department profitability Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Parts Manager (automotive dealership experience required) Ford dealership experience strongly preferred Ford Parts Certification is a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Solid understanding of inventory management systems and OEM processes Customer-focused mindset with a track record of results Requirements Job Requirements – Parts Manager Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (dealership experience required) Ford dealership experience strongly preferred Ford Parts Certification a plus Proven ability to manage inventory, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence control Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing parts personnel In-depth knowledge of OEM parts systems, inventory management software, and dealership processes Ability to analyze reports, track KPIs, and drive department profitability Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with Service and Sales departments High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements Salary: Up to $115,000.00 per year
