WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

• Experience within a leadership role within the Agricultural, Construction, Automotive or mining industries
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management
• Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication (verbal and written) and motivational skills
• Previous industry and parts experience would be beneficial
• Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of stock control packages
