OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee the parts department within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring that our dealership operates efficiently. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of demand planning to meet the needs of our customers effectively. Previous experience working in Parts Departments within dealerships considered strong asset.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a parts management role, preferably within a dealership setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to buy effectively from suppliers.
  • Experience in sourcing and demand planning is essential.
  • Proficiency in using DMS’ or similar inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
