As our Parts Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 6 highly capable Parts Assistants, the first point of contact for customers seeking advice on aftermarket parts and a vital support system for our workshop technicians. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll ensure timely delivery of the right parts, maintain clear communication on changes or delays and department financials, and foster a culture of excellence. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor your team, supporting their career aspirations and driving performance. Manage budgets and financial targets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business strategy. Grow the business by nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving value-added sales. Oversee procurement, stock management, invoicing, and product knowledge to keep operations running smoothly. Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Parts Department.
