Daimler Trucks Milperra are seeking a service driven and hands-on Parts Manager to join our dealership. As the leader of our Parts department, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a dedicated team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff; proactively partnering with new and existing customers to enable long-term relationships; and effectively managing the day to day running of the department to achieve commercial outcomes.

• Actively provide coaching, mentoring and support to a team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff
• Proactively partner with customers to resolve queries and issues, and engage with new customers to build long-term relationships
• Oversee department financials and drive business performance
• Promote and role model safe work practices and actively maintain a Zero Harm environment
• Collaborate with Service and Sales departments of the dealership to effectively manage customer relationships
