LOOKING FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANAGER!!

Our dealership is focused on customer satisfaction and stocking our inventory to meet the needs of our service department. Our Service Department is very busy, so are looking for the right person to be a leader in our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must have experience managing a parts department!
• Must have good customer relation skills, and must be able to work closely with technicians.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, stocking, reporting, and shipping.
• Parts Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform all of (but not limited to) the following- Ordering, Receiving, Returning, Inventory management, Asset management, Parts lookup, Wholesale interaction, Retail interaction, internal interaction, and more.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and the parts department.
• Interview, hire, and manage workflow, and oversee all department staff.
• Manage part department inventory.
• Increase wholesale parts department business.
• Help create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
• Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives.
• Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
