As a Parts Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the aftersales and operations for our growing electric vehicle segment. You will oversee the efficient management of EV automotive spare parts, ensuring smooth operations for service, maintenance, and customer requirements. You will interact with various teams and external partners, streamline inventory management, and provide expert support to ensure a seamless customer experience. What will YOU do? Supervise and monitor the inventory of EV car parts, accessories, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners regarding parts procurement, pricing, and delivery schedules for electric vehicles. Track and receive incoming parts shipments, inspect for quality and accuracy, and manage the documentation and proper storage of EV components. Work alongside the EV service team to ensure timely and accurate parts provision for maintenance and repair jobs. Develop and maintain parts usage reports, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to improve parts availability and reduce costs. Assist in the introduction of new EV automotive parts and assemblies by providing product information, technical specifications, and cataloging updates. Support the implementation of inventory control and warehouse best practices in line with safety and company policies. Ensure all parts-related administrative processes, including system entries, invoicing, and records management, are carried out accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients regarding parts queries, orders, and documentation. What You Will Need? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive parts management, warehouse operations, or a related technical/parts role (experience with electric vehicles is an advantage). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to maintain accurate inventory records and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills for teamwork and vendor management. Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP, or parts cataloging software is preferred. Analytical skills with the ability to assess trends and recommend process improvements. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Willingness to be assigned in Tuguegarao City Valid driver’s license preferred.
