We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Operations Support Specialist to join our team at WT Equipment in Springdale. In this role, you will provide centralized support for multi-locations. Responsible for executing orders, analyzing inventory, coordinating vendor communication, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.

PARTS OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in supply chain management or inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of parts management practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with agriculture equipment parts is preferred.
  • Proficient in using order management software.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure parts availability for locations by placing and tracking daily parts orders.
  • Communicate directly with vendors to confirm shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain up to date records of open orders and coordinate order flow with location staff.
  • Interpret inventory data to identify trends, overstock risks, and understock conditions.
  • Work closely with the warranty and parts departments to ensure high recovery accuracy and minimal loss.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Help troubleshoot system usage or process-related issues across locations.
